Please have the following information ready so that the hotline can deal with your call as quickly as possible:

• type of product: UPS, energy station, surge protectors, screen filter?
• product model or name: look at the packaging, manual, front or back of the product
• Serial number (for the UPSs and energy stations only): it is written on a silver rectangular-shaped label usually affixed to the back of the product

A description of the equipment connected to the Infosec UPS System, such as the central processing unit power for a computer, screen size, type of printer etc., will also be requested.
